Fruit Crisp
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fruit of your choice
- 1 cup + 2 TBS packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 8"x8"x2" pan.
- Spread fruit in pan.
- In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake about 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
