Fruit Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fruit of your choice
  • 1 cup + 2 TBS packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 8"x8"x2" pan.
  • Spread fruit in pan.
  • In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fruit.
  • Bake about 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm with ice cream.
