Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies - VERY EASY VERSION

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (substitute: 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, & 1/2 tsp ground ginger)
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop dough by spoonfulls on pans.
  • Bake 11-14 minutes.
  • Cool cookies on wire racks, then frost with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting.
