Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies - VERY EASY VERSION
Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (substitute: 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, & 1/2 tsp ground ginger)
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by spoonfulls on pans.
- Bake 11-14 minutes.
- Cool cookies on wire racks, then frost with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting.
