Chocolate Drops
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate almond bark, melted
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar for at least 3 minutes. Then add egg and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture, alternating with milk.
- Stir in melted chocolate.
- Drop dough onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake cookies 8-10 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool; then frost with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting.
