Chocolate Drops

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate almond bark, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream butter and sugar for at least 3 minutes.  Then add egg and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.  Add to creamed mixture, alternating with milk.
  • Stir in melted chocolate.
  • Drop dough onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake cookies 8-10 minutes.
  • Allow cookies to cool; then frost with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting.
