Pork Kabobs,
Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
- Red bell pepper, cut into wedges then halved
- Yellow bell pepper, cut into wedges then halved
- Zucchini squash, cut in about 1/2" slices
- Seasoning or pork rub
Instructions:
- Soak kabobs for at least 15 minutes
- Thread pork pieces and veggies onto kabobs. Sprinkle with seasoning.
- Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, sprinkling with seasoning one more time when you turn them.
- Serve with rice.
