Pork Kabobs,

Ingredients:

  • Pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
  • Red bell pepper, cut into wedges then halved
  • Yellow bell pepper, cut into wedges then halved
  • Zucchini squash, cut in about 1/2" slices
  • Seasoning or pork rub
Instructions:
  • Soak kabobs for at least 15 minutes
  • Thread pork pieces and veggies onto kabobs. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, sprinkling with seasoning one more time when you turn them.
  • Serve with rice.
