Mint Thins

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz chocolate-flavored almond bark
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 1 peppermint candy cane, crushed
Instructions:
  • Microwave chocolate in a small bowl as directed on package.  Blend in extract.
  • Dip crackers into melted chocolate.  Place on wax paper-covered baking sheets.  Sprinkle with crushed candy cane.
  • Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
