Mint Thins
Ingredients:
- 8 oz chocolate-flavored almond bark
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 1 peppermint candy cane, crushed
Instructions:
- Microwave chocolate in a small bowl as directed on package. Blend in extract.
- Dip crackers into melted chocolate. Place on wax paper-covered baking sheets. Sprinkle with crushed candy cane.
- Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
