Taco Shells
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 egg
- Heat skillet to medium-high heat.
- It's just like making pancakes! Pour about 1/4 cup batter on skillet. Turn skillet to spread batter to about 6" diameter; shell will be thin. Watch the edges to harden and bubble. Flip taco shell over and cook the other side. Continue until all the batter is used.
- Serve with your favorite taco fillings.
