JOY Club Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 12-oz. package chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugars for at least 3 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda. Add eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture. Reduce mixer speed and gradually add the flour mixture. Turn off mixer and use a spatula to mix in chocolate chips.
- Drop cookie dough by spoonfulls onto cookie sheets.
- Bake 5-6 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Do not overbake.
